Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cupsAll-Purpose Flour
- 1 tspBaking Soda
- 1 tspBaking Powder
- 1/2 tspSalt
- 3/4 cupWhite Sugar
- 1/2 cupMargerine
- 3 largeEggs
- 1/4 cupNon-Dairy Milk
- 1 tbspWhite Vinegar
- 1 tbspVanilla
Prep.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease Cookie Sheet(s).
Directions
- In medium bowl, wisk together all dry ingredients.
- In large bowl, combine sugar, margerine and and eggs.
- Beat mixture well till creamy.
- Stir together oat milk, vinegar and vanilla, pour into creamed mixture, and beat.
- Add half the flour mixture and mix well, then repeat with the remaining.
- Drop on greased cookie sheet(s) using a spoon and spatula.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 17 minutes.
- Remove from cookie sheet(s) to cool on racks.
