Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cupsAll-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt

  • 3/4 cupWhite Sugar
  • 1/2 cupMargerine
  • 3 largeEggs

  • 1/4 cupNon-Dairy Milk
  • 1 tbspWhite Vinegar
  • 1 tbspVanilla

Prep.

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease Cookie Sheet(s).

Directions

  • In medium bowl, wisk together all dry ingredients.
  • In large bowl, combine sugar, margerine and and eggs.
  • Beat mixture well till creamy.
  • Stir together oat milk, vinegar and vanilla, pour into creamed mixture, and beat.
  • Add half the flour mixture and mix well, then repeat with the remaining.
  • Drop on greased cookie sheet(s) using a spoon and spatula.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 17 minutes.
  • Remove from cookie sheet(s) to cool on racks.
