Ingredients
- 3 - Eggs
- 3/4 cup - Milk
- 3/4 cup - White Flour
- 1 tbsp - Sugar
- 1 tbsp - Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 3 tbsp - Butter or Margerine
Prep.
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Oven-safe, stainless-steel frying pan.
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together, except the butter or margerine.
- When oven is to temperature, add butter or margerine to a stainless-steel frying pan, and heat in oven till melted.
- Remove pan from oven, swirl butter or margerine around to coat pan. Pour the excess butter or margerine into the batter, and mix it in.
- Pour batter into hot frying pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes till fluffy.
- Add fruit on top if desired.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
- Cut into pie shaped portions and serve.
- NOTE: REMBER PAN HANDLE IS VERY HOT!
