Ingredients

  • 3 - Eggs
  • 3/4 cup - Milk
  • 3/4 cup - White Flour
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt

  • 3 tbsp - Butter or Margerine

Prep.

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Oven-safe, stainless-steel frying pan.

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together, except the butter or margerine.
  • When oven is to temperature, add butter or margerine to a stainless-steel frying pan, and heat in oven till melted.
  • Remove pan from oven, swirl butter or margerine around to coat pan. Pour the excess butter or margerine into the batter, and mix it in.
  • Pour batter into hot frying pan.
  • Bake for 20 minutes till fluffy.
  • Add fruit on top if desired.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar.
  • Cut into pie shaped portions and serve.

  • NOTE: REMBER PAN HANDLE IS VERY HOT!
