Pasta Salad

Tortiglioni Pasta Salad

The shape of the pasta in the photo is called tortiglioni. Other names are; curly tubes, amori, cavatappi, corkscrews, spirali, fusilli rigati.

Ingredients

7 cups Uncooked Pasta (approx. varies with pasta shape)

1 cup Kraft Miracle Whip

2 tbsp White Vinegar

1/2 tbsp Dijan Mustard

1 tbsp Brown Sugar

3 tbsp Real Bacon Bits

1/2 tsp Salt

... Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste

Prep

Pasta quantity is based on spiral shape, you may have to adjust quantity for other shapes.
Boil pasta, drain, and rinse with cold water.

Directions

Mix all ingredients (other than pasta) together in a large mixing bowl.
Add half the cooked pasta to the large bowl with the mixed ingredients, and toss well.
Then add the rest of the cooked pasta, and toss till well coated.
Serve immediately or store in fridge.
