Home Made Tehini

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tbsp - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
  • Blend on high in a food processor till very smooth. This will take at least several minutes on high.
  • If possible, making several portions of this size recipe (3 minimum) at the same time will work better. As the seeds are very small, and the food processor blades may not churn the mixture well enough in small quantities.
  • Store in refrigerator. Should last several weeks in the refridgerator without preservatives.
