Carey’s Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

 
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 ˝ cups sugar
  • ˝ cup butter
  • ˝ cup smooth peanut butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

 

Directions:

FOR BATTER

TO ASSEMBLE

  • Bake for 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean.
  • Cool for 20 minutes in pan on wire rack. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely.
  • Dust with icing sugar.
