Carey’s Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 ˝ cups sugar ˝ cup butter ˝ cup smooth peanut butter 4 large eggs 1 cup buttermilk 1/3 cup peanuts, chopped 1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350° F.
• Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan.

FOR BATTER

• Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
• Beat granulated sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
• Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
• Add melted chocolate chips and peanut butter.
• Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk.
• Fold in chopped peanuts by hand.
