Carey’s Chocolate & Peanut Butter Bundt Cake
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 ˝ cups sugar
˝ cup butter
˝ cup smooth peanut butter
4 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup peanuts, chopped
1/2 cup melted chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F
Grease and flour 12-cup bundt pan
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Beat granulated sugar and butter in large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add melted chocolate chips and peanut butter.
Alternate adding flour mixture and buttermilk.
Fold in chopped peanuts by hand.
Bake for 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean
Cool for 20 minutes in pan on wire rack. Invert onto wire rack to cool completely
Dust with icing sugar.
